We had an exceptional experience with the team at ROSS Inc. and highly recommended their services! We were seeking a graphic design to revamp our brand assets from the 1960s. ROSS representative guided us in connecting with the ideal graphic designer. The designer not only grasped  our vision but also managed the project’s breadth effortlessly, tackling assets of varying complexities beyond our expectations. We particularly valued receiving the assets in multiple formats, a detail that was greatly appreciated. They’re both super understanding on my timeline and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with the end results. The collaborative journey with both ROSS representative and graphic designer was truly gratifying!

Ross team  has an exceptional service. We started our AirBnB last December 2023 and since we are outside the Philippines with 12 hrs time difference, it was difficult to manage. When we learned about Ross Property Management, we took their services and just after a couple months in the business, our unit is already a *Guest Favorite* in AirBnB, considering that our unit is in a busy location (MOA Complex) with dozens if not hundreds of competitions.

The property manager, Aren, is always top notch in maintaining the cleanliness of the unit, as well as ensuring that basic necessities are always complete.

Their customer relation is also superb. Jann is very prompt in replying to guests and even potential customers’ queries. Even at past midnight she still replies to AirBnB queries which sometimes come from outside the Philippines. She is very professional in handling issues and guests' concerns. She goes above and beyond which our clients are thankful for and THAT is very important in this industry — exceptional customer service. We are grateful to the Ross team. Now we just sit back and relax while reading the amazing feedback of our guests in AirBnB and see our business grow.
