Reflecting on years of combined experience in different fields, we found that every industry had one issue in common: toxic work environments which leave employees exhausted, unmotivated, and unproductive. With this in mind, we had a business idea. Companies are struggling and need connections and networking. We outsource to help. Having had work opportunities internationally, our CEO & CFO envisioned a company that addresses current work issues. Thus the idea of starting own business process outsourcing. Amid the global pandemic, we brainstormed, carefully planned and pooled resources. And by September 2021, Rapid Outsourcing and Strategic Solutions (ROSS) was incorporated and established.
